Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Navratri Stock Exchange at nse.pycnavratri.com to apply for, pay for or buy passes for PYC Navratri Festival 2026, and when you come to the ground. By applying or paying, you accept them, together with our privacy policy and our cancellation and refund policy.

Who we are

The Navratri Stock Exchange is run by PYC Education Private Limited, operating as Pratham Youth Community (PYC) (“PYC”, “we”), Chenpur Village, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382470, India. PYC also organises PYC Navratri.

Passes

  • A pass is entry for one person on one night, and is valid only for the night it is for.
  • Kids aged 5 and under enter free with age proof at the gate. Age 6 and up needs a pass.
  • The festival runs 11 to 19 Oct 2026 at M K Farm house, Super City Road, Near Science City, S.P. Ring Road, Bhadaj, Ahmedabad. Gates open 7:30 PM and garba runs till midnight (IST).
  • Each of the nine nights is listed as one “scrip”, from Night 1 on Sun 11 Oct to Night 9 on Mon 19 Oct. A scrip is our name for one night’s passes, not a security, and it expires on its own date.

Applying in the IPO

  • Applying in the IPO (Initial Pass Offering) is free. Nothing is charged to apply.
  • You apply with your WhatsApp number, which is confirmed with a one-time code sent to it on WhatsApp. Your passes are issued to that number.
  • Retail: 1 lot is 5 passes. Apply for 1 to 4 lots, 5 to 20 passes.
  • HNI: 1 lot is 25 passes. Apply for 1 to 4 lots, 25 to 100 passes.
  • One application per WhatsApp number per night.
  • Applications are open in three windows (IST):
    • Nights 1 to 3: from launch on Fri 25 Sep 2026 to 11:59 PM on Mon 28 Sep 2026.
    • Nights 4 to 6: from 12:00 AM on Sun 27 Sep 2026 to 11:59 PM on Tue 29 Sep 2026.
    • Nights 7 to 9: from 12:00 AM on Mon 28 Sep 2026 to 11:59 PM on Wed 30 Sep 2026.
  • A night that is not open for applications shows a waitlist. You can leave your email there, and we email you when there is news for that night.

Allotment

Allotment happens on Thu 1 Oct 2026. If you are allotted, a Razorpay payment link reaches you on WhatsApp and SMS, and you pay the IPO price for the passes allotted to you. The IPO prices are on the pricing page.

You have 6 hours from the moment the link is sent to pay. If the window closes unpaid, the allotment lapses and those passes go down the waitlist. Nothing is charged for an allotment that lapses.

The board

From Fri 2 Oct 2026 the board is open from 2 PM to 9 PM IST every day. On the board, passes are sold at a live price that moves up and down with demand and supply, within a band. Each night’s passes are on the board until that night.

Payment

  • Payments are taken by Razorpay, by UPI, card or netbanking. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with them and never reach us.
  • A pass is booked only once its payment succeeds.
  • The amount on your payment link, or at checkout on the board, is the total you pay; no booking or convenience fee is added. See pricing.

Delivery

After payment, your pass is confirmed and a voucher is sent on WhatsApp to the number you applied or bought with. Show it at the box office on the night. See the shipping and delivery policy.

Cancellations and refunds

Passes are non-refundable. If PYC cancels or postpones a night, everyone with a paid pass for it gets a full refund to the original payment method. Nothing is charged to apply, so there is nothing to refund for an application. The cancellation and refund policy has the details, including failed, duplicate and late payments.

On the ground

  • Entry is subject to security checks and the organisers’ house rules on the ground.
  • Treat other guests, artists and staff with respect. Harassment, violence, illegal activity or ignoring staff instructions can get you removed from the ground, and a removed pass is not refunded.
  • We photograph and film across the festival, and that footage appears in reels, the aftermovie and next year’s material. On a ground this size you may appear in a crowd shot. If a specific photo of you is up and you want it taken down, message us and we will remove it.

Names and logos

The PYC name, logo and this site’s content belong to PYC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PYC is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from an application, a purchase or attending.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
