Test mode. The verification code is 000000 for every number and payments are simulated. Passes issued now are demo passes and will be cleared before real selling opens. No entry, allotment or payment messages are sent to WhatsApp.

Privacy Policy

PYC Education Private Limited, operating as Pratham Youth Community (PYC). Last updated 29 September 2026.

This covers the Navratri Stock Exchange at nse.pycnavratri.com: applying for passes in the IPO (Initial Pass Offering), joining a night’s waitlist, paying for an allotment and buying on the listing. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it in plain words.

Applying for passes

The application asks for your name, your WhatsApp number, and the night and lots you want. There is no account to create and no password. The number is checked with a one-time code sent to it on WhatsApp, so no one can apply with a number that is not theirs.

We use these details to run the allotment for the night you applied for, to send you the payment link if you are allotted, to issue your pass and send the voucher to your WhatsApp, to find your application when you ask about it, and to stop abuse, for example by limiting how many codes one number can ask for.

After the code check, one cookie keeps your number confirmed on this device for 24 hours, so you do not need a new code for every step. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

What we keep is what issues your pass and gets you through the gate, and it is how we find your application when you message us about it weeks later. We do not sell it or pass it to sponsors. Passes for children are applied for or bought by an adult, and a child’s details only ever reach us through that adult.

A pass is booked only when a payment succeeds. If you apply and do not end up with a paid pass, we keep your verified number, your name and your application as a lead for this season and delete them with the season’s records.

The waitlist

When a night is not open for applications, you can leave your WhatsApp number on its waitlist. We use it for one WhatsApp message when that night opens. If you no longer want it, write to team@pyccommunity.com and we will delete your number from the waitlist.

To stop abuse, the form counts sign-ups from each connection address for ten minutes. That count is held only in the server’s memory and is never stored.

Messages on WhatsApp and SMS

The code, the payment link if you are allotted, and your voucher reach you on WhatsApp from PYC’s WhatsApp Business number. WhatsApp (Meta) handles those messages the way it handles any WhatsApp message. The payment link also reaches you by SMS.

Razorpay sends that SMS, as part of its payment link.

Payments

Payments run through Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking credentials are entered with them and never reach us. What comes back to us is whether the payment succeeded and a reference for it.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they open. It sets cookies and collects the usual measurement data: an approximate location from your IP address, your device and browser, the pages you open and how long you stay.

We advertise the festival on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and on Google, and we measure whether those ads bring people here. For that the site carries the Meta Pixel and Google’s tag, which set cookies, and our own server reports an application and a payment to Meta’s Conversions API. Identifiers sent that way are hashed first: your number and name are turned into a one-way code before they leave our server. Your connection address and browser type go with them as they are, because Meta needs them to match an application or a payment to a visit; for a payment we keep your connection address only until the payment is reported, and never longer than a day after the payment window closes. We also record the campaign tags on the link you arrived by (the utm_ parts of the address, any ad click id, and the site that sent you) and keep them with your application and payment, for up to 90 days in your browser and with the application on our side. They are the same kind of tags as on our main site, pycnavratri.com.

If you would rather not be counted, your browser’s privacy settings and content blockers stop these tags, as does Google’s own opt-out add-on, and Meta’s ad settings let you switch off ads based on activity on other websites. Applying still works if you do.

This site

The site is served from a server we rent, which keeps ordinary access logs, including IP addresses, so it can serve pages and block abuse.

Some artist reels are YouTube videos. Their thumbnails come from YouTube’s image server when a night page loads, and the video itself plays through youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play.

Photos and video on the ground

We photograph and film across all nine nights, and that footage shows up in reels, the aftermovie and next year’s material. On a ground this size you should assume you may appear in a crowd shot. If a specific photo of you is up and you want it taken down, message us and we will remove it.

Who else touches your information

Four companies, each doing one job: Meta for WhatsApp and for measuring our ads, Google for analytics, for measuring our ads and for YouTube, Razorpay for payments and the payment link, and the company whose server hosts this site. Each of them gets only what that job needs. Beyond those, we share your information when the law requires it of us.

How long we keep it

Application, allotment and payment records stay for as long as we need them to run the season, answer questions afterwards, and meet our accounting and tax obligations. Verified numbers that never became a paid pass, and waitlist numbers, go with the season’s records, or sooner if you ask. Campaign tags stored in your browser expire after 90 days. Analytics data expires on Google’s own schedule. When we no longer need something, we delete it.

Your say

Write to team@pyccommunity.com and you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Say it from the number you applied with, or tell us that number, so we can find the right record. We will come back to you, and if you are unhappy with how we handled it, say so in the same thread and it goes to the organisers.

If this page changes

We will update it here and change the date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
