Nothing is shipped
Passes for PYC Navratri Festival 2026 are collected at the venue box office on the night, against the voucher sent to your WhatsApp. Nothing is shipped or delivered, and no shipping or delivery charge is added: the amount on your payment link, or at checkout on the listing, is the full amount you pay.
Your payment link
Everyone who applied in the IPO (Initial Pass Offering) is allotted passes. At 11:00 AM on Thu 1 Oct 2026, a WhatsApp message reaches you with a link to your own page, where you pay for them through Razorpay by 9:00 PM on Thu 1 Oct 2026.
How your pass reaches you
After a successful payment, your pass is confirmed and a voucher is sent on WhatsApp to the number you applied or bought with, from PYC’s WhatsApp Business number, +91 94089 08085. It is the same kind of voucher PYC sends for its other bookings. It normally arrives within a few minutes, and always within 24 hours.
On the night
Show the voucher at the box office at the festive entry of M K Farm house, Super City Road, Near Science City, S.P. Ring Road, Bhadaj, Ahmedabad, on the night your pass is for. Gates open 7:30 PM.
Transferring passes
You can transfer some or all of your passes to friends from your voucher: open the voucher, choose Transfer, and enter their name and WhatsApp number. A code sent to your own number confirms it. They receive their own voucher and collect their own passes at the box office, so a group does not have to wait for one person. Selling passes is not allowed.
If your voucher has not arrived
Check the WhatsApp number you applied or bought with. If there is still nothing, message +91 94089 08085 or write to team@pyccommunity.com with your name and payment ID. We will re-send the voucher, or refund the payment in full if the pass could not be issued. You can also reach Neel Panchal at neel@pyccommunity.com.
